Customer Service – Baby Shower Gift & Presents

If there is something you would really love to see on our website, please, let us know.  We would love your comments. Alternatively, if you want something specific from a brand we stock but it isn’t featured on our website, we will happily try and get it for you.

b) WRAPPING       

We offer a gift wrapping service for a nominal fee of $2 . We can offer your beautifully wrapped present in our signature papers: either red with white dots or aqua with white dots (you choose). And if you need a hand written gift tag with that (included), we can provide that too.

To order the gift wrapping, just tick the appropriate box at the checkout. If a handwritten gift tag is also needed, just write in the comments box: the persons name, if it is a boy,girl or adult and who the present is from.

We are also able to deliver the present straight to the recipient, if you prefer, just give us their delivery details in the comments box also and we will forward it on for you.

Occasionally the boxes have tell-tale signs of the contents inside. If this is the case, we are able to wrap it in black plastic for you to keep the contents hidden from prying eyes.  Just let us know in the comments box at the checkout. Please note we will only wrap packages in black plastic if the box reveals evidence and you have asked us to.


If you want to buy a gift or toy but are unsure of what to buy, LET US HELP YOU! Just send us an email or ring us and let us know who you are buying for, for what occasion and the recipients age. We will gladly help you find the perfect gift.  We know our stock well so we may be able to offer suggestions that you may not have even thought of.


We do carry stock of all our products. However, should an item you select be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when we may be expecting it. You can then choose to wait for it, change or cancel your order.

Alternativel, if there is an item you want that is marked “temporarily unavailable”, please let us know.  We can then give you an expected delivery time and hold it for you when the stock arrives, so that you don’t miss out.  We are only able to hold the stock for you for 1 week until payment is made. Once the payment is processed we will then ship it off to you.


All our products are of extremely high quality but we do understand that buying online is not the same as buying from a retail store where you can touch and see the products. If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if the product is faulty, we will happily exchange or refund the item providing the following have been met:

  • All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, with labels, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged. Should the items not be received back in this new condition, they will be returned to the customer with the return shipping cost the resposibility of the customer.
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Exchange or refund can only be given on the value of the item(s). We cannot refund the delivery charge unless the item is faulty.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
